Family with children, worth it
Jenny and her husband, Ashanti, felt like family, always ready to help. Dori kept our room spotless and even left us extra towels and snacks, like she knew we needed it after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what you get.

Even after requesting a room change, the second room was no better, with torn curtains and yellowed pillows. The staff was unhelpful. I was embarrassed when they rudely insisted my emotional support animal wasn't allowed, kicking us out within an hour of arriving. Adding insult to injury, the hallway had trash strewn about, making the entire experience unprofessional and highly disappointing.

Jenny and Ashanti treat you like family, ensuring a fantastic stay in downtown Kissimmee. The rooms are cool and comfortable, with nice little touches like magazines. Dori does an excellent job cleaning. However, there are no dining options available, which could be improved.

I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Jenny and Ashanti, who made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay. The easy access to the 24-hour front desk was convenient for my needs as a senior.
More seating options would enhance relaxation for seniors.

Got a room here, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. While the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcomed, the room itself was rough. I had some stains on the sheets and the carpets could really use a deep clean. The bathroom wasn't exactly spotless either. It's nice they have magazines and some water in the office, but I expected a bit more cleanliness for the price I paid.
